  1. Thank you Dear Dr Claw, this is indeed one of the Brutons that got me into this whole series. Thanks for the Flac once again.

  2. The quality of the rips are just incredible – no tell-tale vinyl pops or crackles as far as I can tell.
I would definitely concur with the review, Daredevil and Stress are the standout tracks on side one and pretty much all the b-side is Bruton at its best.

Funnily enough, I was re-watching The Long Good Friday last night and for the first time, realised the music was by the old prog-head himself, Francis Monkman – who definitely, between his KPM and Bruton releases like this, made some great late 70s/early 80s British library music.

    • Thank you.

I was inspired by a couple of GREAT, but now defunct blogs, one of which being MyJazzWorld. They had some of the best rips of some of the most obscure jazz/funk music. And someone out there had an absolutely stellar rip of BRI 11 – The Video Age years ago. I can’t recall who did it, but aside from an overzealous click removal on one track, and it certainly was not click free…. it was one of the best vinyl rips I had heard period (48Khz even). I have been striving to reach that standard ever since then.
